Overview
We want you and your cat to be happy with every order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges work.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Some items (like perishable cat food or personalized products) may not be eligible.

Process

  1. Email us at elminirsk@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll confirm if the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items damaged by misuse or pets after delivery.
  • Shipping fees (unless we made a mistake).
  • Clearance or final sale products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Processing Time
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
